64 channel sequence by Light-O-Rama.

This sequence is fully modifiable. We recommend using the latest version of our Sequencing Suite software (Basic Plus, Standard, Advanced or Pro) to make changes. This sequence is for your use only and has an embedded serial number that can be traced back to the original purchase.

This sequence was designed and programmed by an award winning creative working in close harmony with the Light-O-Rama staff.  Sequencing can be very hard work so we make it easy for you to have a great show and take all the credit.

What's a filler sequence?  The lights slowly change and there's no music playing.  Using fillers is a good way to keep your venue interesting between formal lights shows.

See a one minute video of this sequence in action by touching the video icon under the pictures above.  Please remember filler sequences play no music.

This 64 channel sequence looks good even if only 16, 32 or 48 channels are used. Use this same sequence to expand what you are doing next year by simply adding more Light-O-Rama controllers.

The first 16 channels (Controller 01, channels 1-16) are used constantly throughout the filler duration. These channels are typically used in the main structure. The 16 channels are broken down into four groups of four. Think four roof segments, four windows, four bushes and/or four columns. It doesn't matter what's in a group. One group might be four downstairs windows and another group four upstairs windows. There might be four bushes to the left of the main entrance and four bushes to the right. The key is to use any four groups of four.  Your imagination is your only limitation.

The second group of 16 channels (Controller 02, channels 17-32) are accent channels to specifically designed to enhance the first 16 channels at appropriate places during the filler duration. Think four groups of four, again. In our demo video we use four small trees, each with four different colors of lights.  These could be four wreaths, each with four different light circuits, four large trees, each with four different light circuits, four groups of four small trees scattered across the front or even four groups of four stars each scattered in the tress or on the roof. The key is to use four groups of four.  If you don't use these channels this year, you can expand into them next year.

The third group of 16 channels (Controller 03, channels 33-48) are accent channels specifically designed to enhance the first 16 channels at appropriate places during the song. This time think two groups of eight. In our demo video we use two leaping arches of light, each with eight channels. These could also be eight wreaths on the first story of the venue and another eight wreaths on the second story. These 16 accent channels could also be two groups of eight candy canes on each side of the sidewalk or driveway. Get creative.  If you don't use these channels this year, you can expand into them next year.

The forth group of 16 channels (Controller 04, channels 49-64) are accent channels specifically designed to enhance the first 16 channels at appropriate places during the filler duration. This time think two groups of eight. In our demo video we use two leapers of light, each with eight channels. These could also be eight landing lights on the left side of the driveway and eight on the right. These 16 accent channels could also be two groups of eight candy canes on each side of the sidewalk or driveway. Get creative.  If you don't use these channels this year, you can expand into them next year.

Here's the easiest way to remember what the different channels do.

How do you install this sequence?
You should already have a working version of Light-O-Rama's Sequencing Suite Software (find more information at http://store.lightorama.com).  Purchase this set of filler sequences and an email will be sent to you with a unique serial number and special location to download this sequence.  Save the sequence package program to your computer desktop and then run the program by double clicking on it.  The program will unpack the set of sequences and install them in your default sequencing suite directory.  Upon completion, open up the Light-O-Rama Sequence Editor and navigate to the newly installed sequences in your default sequence directory.  There is no audio associated with filler sequences.  It's a lot simpler than all these complicated sounding words make it sound.

This package includes 15 filler sequences.  1 minute to 15 minutes in duration.  You can run several filler sequences back-to-back to get any duration filler required.

Example: you need 32 minutes of filler sequences.  Use two 15 minute filler sequences followed by a 2 minute filler sequence.

The filler sequences can be used with Light-O-Rama ShowTime Directors.  They do not use timing loops.

When building your show, these filler sequences are called 'Animation Sequences' because there is no music.  A filler sequence filename ends in .las.  When searching for these fillers, make sure you're looking for Animation Sequences on your computer.
